Our student services team are on-hand to assist students with their enrolment and administration enquires, provide assistance with MyPortal, and handle any other general enquiries students may have about Goodstart Institute of Early Learning.
Student Learning Workshops
Lead Trainers facilitate drop-in Student Learning Workshops where students can dial in to a teleconference workshop to ask questions about their studies and participate in conversations with other Goodstart Institute of Early Learning students. Students are to contact their Lead Trainer for the schedule and dial-in details.
Academic Support Hotline
Our Academic Hotline gives you access to our Trainer and Assessors, while our Student Services Team is available every week day and via email to help. Academic Support is available between 8.30am and 4.30pm (AEST) Monday to Friday. To access this service please call 1800 617 455.
