Goodstart Institute of Early Learning is an Approved Provider of Certificate 3 Guarantee funding, issued by the Queensland State Government. The information provided on this webpage is to inform future students of the Certificate 3 Guarantee subsidised training available, and the eligibility requirements for students, allowing potential students to make an informed decision about their training options.
About Certificate 3 Guarantee
The Certificate 3 Guarantee provides a government subsidy to support eligible individuals to complete their first post-school certificate III qualification.
The program is open to any Queensland resident aged 15 years or over who is no longer at school (with the exception of VET in Schools students) and is an Australian or New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident (including humanitarian entrants), or a temporary resident with the necessary visa and work permits on the pathway to permanent residency. Prospective students must not have or be enrolled in a Certificate III level or higher qualification, not including qualifications completed at school and foundations skills training.
Goodstart Institute of Early Learning is a Pre-qualified Supplier to deliver the following qualifications with subsidised training fees under the Queensland State Government’s Certificate 3 Guarantee funding Program.

How to apply
Before you can apply for enrolment in a Certificate 3 Guarantee qualification all prospective students must read the Certificate 3 Guarantee informational documents, located below. These documents contain important information for prospective students regarding the obligations of the Certificate 3 Guarantee Pre-qualified Supplier (Goodstart Institute of Early Learning), and the responsibilities of the Student. These documents also outline the eligibility criteria for accessing the Certificate 3 Guarantee funding.

Certificate 3 Guarantee Funding Information and Agreement
Students must complete a Certificate III enrolment form (located on the How to Apply page), along with the completed Certificate 3 Guarantee Funding Information and Agreement (located above) and submit these documents to Student Services for processing in line with the enrolment intake periods.
Students are required to pay a Student Contribution fee towards to the payment of their course under the Certificate 3 Guarantee program. The fee schedule below outlines the Student Contribution fees students will be required to pay at commencement of their enrolment in a Certificate 3 Guarantee subsidised course.
